Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of mrzdeals.com and the services provided by MR. Z DEALS (Pvt) Ltd. ("we", "us"). By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We provide digital business solutions including ERP and POS implementation, business registration assistance, accounting and digital marketing consultation, web design and development, digital tools setup, business coaching, and event and programme services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each engagement are set out in a written quotation, proposal or agreement ("Quotation").

2. Quotations and payment

• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Work begins after written acceptance of the Quotation and receipt of any advance payment stated in it.
• Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We may pause work or services if payments are overdue.
• Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Third-party costs (software licences, hardware, domain names, hosting, government or registration fees) are payable by the client and are subject to the third party's own terms.
• Refunds, cancellations and warranties apply only when they are stated on the invoice we issue — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access, content and approvals needed to deliver the services. Delays in providing these may affect timelines and costs.

4. Changes to scope

Work outside the agreed scope is treated as a change request and may be quoted and charged separately.

5. Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you (such as website content and designs), except for third-party components, open-source software and our pre-existing tools, which are licensed for your use. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties will keep the other's confidential information private and use it only to perform the engagement.

7. Business registration and advisory services

Registration and advisory services are provided based on the information you give us and the regulations in force at the time. Approvals are granted by the relevant authorities; we cannot guarantee their decisions or processing times. Our advice does not replace advice from a licensed lawyer, auditor or tax professional where one is required.

8. Partner services

Software and products supplied by our partner companies (such as POS / ERP platforms) are also subject to the partner's own terms, which are provided with the quotation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit, data or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the three months before the claim.

10. Website use

Website content is provided for general information. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or copy content without permission.

11. Termination

Either party may end an engagement in writing as set out in the Quotation. You remain responsible for work completed and costs incurred up to termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
