How we collect, use and protect your personal information

MR. Z DEALS (Pvt) Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through mrzdeals.com and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 of Sri Lanka.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us — your name, phone / WhatsApp number, email address, company name and the details of your enquiry when you contact us, request a quote or demo, or sign up for a service.
- Service and billing information — information needed to deliver and invoice our services (for example billing address and payment references). We do not store card numbers on this website.
- Technical information — IP address, browser type, pages visited and similar data recorded automatically by our servers and, where enabled, analytics tools.
- Customer business data — if you use our software or systems, the business data you enter (products, sales, customers, staff) is processed by us only on your behalf to provide the service.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotations, demos and support.
- To deliver, maintain and improve our products and services.
- To send invoices, service notices and important updates.
- To send marketing messages — only where you have agreed, and you can opt out at any time.
- To keep our systems secure and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
3. Legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of your consent, to perform a contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, or for our legitimate business interests (such as securing our systems), as permitted by law.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
- Trusted service providers who help us run our business (hosting, email, SMS, payment processing), under confidentiality obligations;
- Our partner companies, where needed to deliver a service you requested;
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Your information is stored on secure servers, protected by access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS) and regular backups. Some of our service providers may store data outside Sri Lanka; where this happens we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to an equivalent standard.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above — typically for the duration of our business relationship and afterwards as required by tax and accounting laws. Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted when no longer needed.

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.
